  • Scholarship Description
  • Students applying for the HEEF Arts Scholarship Program must enroll in a four-year college and major in art, dance, drama, music, performance art, video, visual arts, new media or related major. Applicants must be a Latino/a who has lived in Orange County (OC), CA for the past six (6) years whose family income is $45,000 or less. High school graduates and OC Community college transfers are eligible to apply as long as they enroll at a four-year college/university.
