Just as there are scholarships that are designed for students residing in a certain state, there are also scholarships for students attending school in a particular state or region.
Some of these scholarships may also require that students be from that state, while others have no such restriction. Make sure you search for scholarships in all of the states you’re interested in because you never know which ones you’ll qualify for. In general, you need to keep attending school in that state to qualify for these scholarships. If you transfer to a school in another state, you may lose your eligibility.
