LGBTQ Scholarships

More and more scholarships are being made available specifically to those in the LGBTQ community and we want to do our part to help you find them. Organizations like the Pride Foundation and the Point Foundation, among many others, have been offering these opportunities for those in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer communities for years and the number of organizations and awards continues to grow.

CFPCA LGBT Endowed Scholarship

Levin-Goffe Scholarship Fund

The Live Out Loud Educational Scholarship was created to provide financial support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) youth who are pursuing a college degree. Point Foundation Scholarships
Application Deadlines: January 30, Annually
A Point Scholarship covers tuition, books, supplies, room and board, transportation and living expenses, and is set up with the individual college to meet the needs of the Point Scholar. The average scholarship award per scholar is $13,600. The average total program expense that includes scholarship funding, mentoring and leadership training is $34,000 per year per scholar.
