  • Scholarship Description
  • The NSHSS Foundation provides STEAM to high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a demonstrated desire to major in any area of science, technology, engineering, arts or mathematics, including any area related to the medical field. Requirements include a personal statement, a list of STEAM activities, photo, transcript, and educator recommendation. I am a senior and I will be graduating in 2021. I am passionate about studying biology and the study of the human body. I love kids and I want to pursue a degree in occupational therapy, and specialize in pediatrics. I want to be a pediatric occupational therapist.

Many colleges have waived SAT and ACT score requirements for high school seniors currently applying to college due to how difficult it has been to sign up for standardized testing during the coronavirus pandemic. Now some colleges are also waiving standardized test score requirements when awarding merit scholarships to incoming students.
