  Eligible applicants must: demonstrate financial need; be enrolled full-time at UC Berkeley; be an incoming freshmen (or GED-equivalent) or incoming junior transfer; and, have participation in retreats, workshops, and alumni engagement events, and one-on-one advising throughout the academic year.
