Scholarship Description

The Smart Start program offers ambitious and analytical high school students in New York City an exceptional opportunity to kickstart their careers in financial services. As a Smart Start participant, you'll gain invaluable real-world experience in our industry-leading businesses while pursuing a full four-year scholarship at an approved college or university. This program combines part-time work during the school year, full-time summer employment, and annual rotations within the firm to broaden your knowledge and set the foundation for your future in financial services.
