  • As funds permit, the Romanian Education Foundation will pay the fees for the TOEFL, GRE General, and SAT exams for students who demonstrate the potential to be admitted to leading universities for undergraduate, masters, or doctoral programs. i was searching for scholarships i met with this , i get interested and i hope that i have qualifications, i have been working with local NGO in Tanzania serving and supporting vulnerable people including people with disabilities. I have a bachelor degree in project planning management and community development from the university of Dodoma Tanzania, iam looking for scholarship to study masters in project monitoring and evaluation.I come from poor family being brought up by only mother since my father died when i was in standard 7 in 2001.
