  • Powered by The Giving Back Fund, The Legacy Lab Foundation Scholarship is inviting applications from Black or African-American undergraduate or graduate-level students attending colleges, universities or similar accredited institutions (such as technical schools) in the United States. We are searching for a future leader studying with the intent to revolutionize an industry, change social norms, and/or build a long-lasting brand solution in culture. We will champion one of tomorrow’s leaders working toward making progress today.

    To qualify, you must be a Black or African-American student with a strong sense of personal purpose—who is studying with the intent of creating positive, enduring change. Hello, My name is Nyla Austin i am currently a senior at the Philadelphia military academy. I am one of the top 3 highest ranks in my school which is Cadet command sergeant major! My goal in life is to attend the army reserve while In college and study criminal Justice. I will be the first child of my parents to Attend college or even graduate high school! University to Give New Students Free Laptops for Filing the FAFSA

The coronavirus made laptops a necessity for college students. Where before students without personal computers or laptops could use on-campus computers and provided software to meet the technological needs of their courses, the shift last spring to online classes necessitated that students have a stable internet connection and a compatible device. While the majority of students were able to meet this requirement, according to a study by EDUCASE, some students found themselves without a modern laptop that could run the most up-to-date browser, use RAM-heavy software or keep up even with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi.
