Is the PSA about distracted walking or distracted driving? What is the answer?

11/28/2017 1:41:28 PM

The description of the Drive2Life scholarship first states that the PSA is for preventing "distracted walking". Then it says to create a PSA for preventing "distracted driving"! Both can be dangerous....

According to what I read in the official rules, the trip is fully payed for, but only up to a certain price, then it would have to be an "out of pocket" expense.

Lieza K  on 1/30/2017 12:29:35 PM

The trip to New York is covered, right? Does the winner have to pay?

Harpreet K  on 5/13/2016 8:58:06 PM

This is a very creative scholarship idea
