The Tennille Paredes Financial Literacy Scholarship Promoting Diversity in Finance

• Scholarship Description
• LWP will award this $5,000 scholarship to a student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who is pursuing a degree in, or closely related to, finances with a preference given to applicants who promote financial literacy within their communities. Applicants must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident who intends to be registered with full-time hours as a student. Must be a high school senior or be currently enrolled at an accredited 2-4 year technical/vocational college, coding bootcamp or university located in the United States, as governed by the Department of Education website.

  Applicant must have a minimum GPA score of 3.0 out of 4.0. Preference is given to those applicants who play an active role in promoting financial literacy within their community. Must belong to an underrepresented ethnic group. The last date to apply for the Annual Tennille Paredes Financial Literacy Scholarship is the 1st of May.
