BIG ARTS is once again offering its Classical Music Scholarship for those students who have professional goals to pursue training in classical music instruments, including piano. Eligibility requirements include students currently enrolled in an accredited Florida undergraduate music program at a University or College. Students who have professional goals to pursue training in classical music instruments, including piano may
apply. The purpose of this scholarship is to award highly proficient and talented students who plan to continue
their classical music studies and training. This scholarship may be awarded to up to three students annually, in the
amounts of $25,000 (1st prize); $15,000 (2nd prize); and $10,000 (3rd prize) respectively.
Classical musical instruments include: Piano, Strings: Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass, Winds: Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon, Flute, French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba. Percussion students who have a focus in orchestral instruments.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria: Student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate classical music program at a University or College in the state of Florida.
