• Applicants of the Christa McAuliffe Teacher Incentive Program must be legal residents of Delaware and U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicants must be enrolled at a Delaware college in an undergraduate program leading to teacher certification. High school seniors must have an SAT score of 1010 and a 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to applicants planning to teach in a critical need area as defined by the Delaware Department of Education. This is renewable for up to three years upon a 3.0 GPA.
